Tentang Forwarek Joint Research Grants
Forum Wakil Rektor (Forwarek) menginisiasi Forwarek Joint Research Grants untuk mendorong kolaborasi di antara anggotanya melalui kerjasama riset. Forwarek Joint Research Grants berfungsi sebagai platform di mana peneliti dapat terhubung dengan peneliti lain untuk menciptakan kerjasama riset bersama.
Tujuan
Forum Wakil Rektor (Forwarek) se-Indonesia bidang kerja sama dibentuk sebagai salah satu upaya untuk mendorong peningkatan kualitas kerja sama perguruan tinggi. Dalam hal ini, Forwarek Joint Research Grants memiliki tujuan untuk mengintegrasikan upaya peningkatan capaian hibah riset internasional melalui kerjasama riset bersama di antara peneliti dari anggota Forwarek.

Merupakan peneliti dari perguruan tinggi anggota Forwarek Indonesia.

Bidang topik yang diterima mencakup Arts & Humanities, Engineering & Technology, Life Sciences & Medicine, Natural Sciences, dan Social Sciences and Management.

Prosedur Matchmaking
Berikut adalah mekanisme dan prosedur dari proses pencocokan/matching:
1. Grants Announcement
Dalam tahap ini, daftar hibah riset internasional akan ditambahkan pada halaman Joint Research Grants. Peluang hibah riset yang ditambahkan merupakan hibah riset yang dapat menerima penelitian secara kolaborasi.
2. Call for Initiator
Dalam tahap ini, anggota Forwarek yang memiliki ketertarikan pada subjek dan hibah riset yang ditawarkan dapat mendaftar sebagai Inisiator yang dapat menjadi pemimpin projek penelitian yang akan didaftarkan.
Persyaratan menjadi Initiator adalah:
1. Memahami dengan baik alur penyusunan target hibah yang diproyeksikan:
Ini mencakup pemahaman yang mendalam tentang langkah-langkah yang diperlukan dalam proses pengajuan hibah, dari perencanaan awal hingga pelaporan dan evaluasi akhir. Initiator perlu tahu bagaimana menyusun tujuan hibah yang jelas, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pembiayaan, dan merancang strategi yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut.
2. Memiliki koneksi / menjadi jembatan komunikasi dengan penyelenggara hibah:
Selain hanya memiliki koneksi, Initiator perlu mampu membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan penyelenggara hibah. Ini melibatkan kemampuan untuk berkomunikasi secara efektif, memahami prioritas penyelenggara hibah, dan memastikan bahwa proyek yang diajukan sesuai dengan visi dan misi penyelenggara. Juga, Initiator harus dapat menjalin kerjasama yang positif dan membangun kepercayaan dengan penyelenggara.
3. Call for Co-Initiator
Setelah Initiator telah ditentukan, maka tahap selanjutnya adalah pembukaan pendaftaran untuk Co-Initiator di mana peneliti dari anggota Forwarek dapat mendaftar untuk menjadi bagian dari tim penelitian yang telah didaftarkan oleh Initiator.
4. Matching Announcement
Setelah menerima keputusan dari para Initiator, kami akan mengumumkan baik kepada Initiator maupun Co-Initiator hasil dari matching yang telah dilakukan. Jika pencocokan berhasil, Initiator dan Co-Initiator yang bersangkutan akan diberikan informasi kontak semua peneliti dari masing-masing tim.
5. Proposal Preparation & Submission
Dalam tahap ini, Initiator & Co-Initiator akan mengikuti pertemuan dan pendampingan dalam rangka persiapan dan pengumpulan pengajuan proposal ke hibah internasional (grants) yang telah dipilih.
